Altered Landscapes

I wanted to make a wall quilt in a non traditional patchwork format. Individual landscapes were designed from scrap cotton fabrics, fused, machine stitched, then cut into asymmetrical shapes. Grommets and leather ties were used to hang the piece from a tree branch. Juried into Quilt Canada.
