Sunburst

The edge: where sky, sun, surf and rock meet. 'Sunburst' is an original design based on my photo of the surf breaking over a huge rock in the Pacific Ocean.
The design is painted on white cloth with dense stitching to indicate the wet rock, reflection of light and movement of the water.
Sunburst won a viewer's choice award. It was shown in the FAN shows: The Edge, concurrent with CQA 2008 and Canadian Expressions, concurrent with APNQ 2008
