Canadian Content
Canadian Content 2011 is a travelling exhibition of 33 works by members of the Fibre Art Network. Contributors were challenged to create a work of art that reflected their own individual style, perspective or experience as a Western Canadian fine artist. Their submissions may indicate a current stage in their artistic journey and/or an exploration of the fibre medium. Alternatively, it may express a theme, idea or experience which characterizes a Canadian experience or way of life.
The show debuted at the Remarkable Symposium in Queenstown, New Zealand in April, 2011. It then travelled to the following venues:
Gibson’s Landing, Vancouver Island (early July 2011)
Okanagan Lake Country’s Art Walk (September 10 - September 11, 2011)
Naramata (September 3 - October 4, 2011)

Viscount Cultural Council, Manawaka Gallery, Neepawa, MB (February 13 - March 2, 2012)
