Landscapes are my favourite subject. Open countryside and wild flowers express simplicity and love of nature. This openness also expresses Canada’s openness to people from all over the world.
Vancouver Island has rolling hills in the distance with feathery skies and wild flowers on field and roadside.
Techniques: velvet background, silk clouds and embellishment with threads for texture
