As I was walking along the path to Shannon Falls, I was inspired by the beauty of my surroundings. Luckily, I had my camera at hand and I was able to take this picture shortly before we spotted the bear. I went home and painted this whole cloth image. I embellished with French knots, chenille, machine and hand embroidery and hand quilting.
