The majority of my art work involves natural life in one form or another and I find my inspiration from the world around me where ever I may be. My quilted wall hangings are no exception. While at the FAN Retreat in Naramata, B.C. I was fascinated by the kokanee salmon swimming up stream and jumping the steps to lay their eggs. This hanging was the result of that visit.
