I started drawing and sketching as a child and have continued at random times throughout my life, between, kids and jobs and grandkids… I began adding, charcoals, acrylic painting, crafting, scrapbooking, crocheting, teaching; while also working in fashion and home decorating/consulting and alternative and art therapy sectors until retiring.
I love tones, colour and form!
I stumbled into Needle Felting almost 2 years ago. Self taught, I have created a number of 2 and 3 D wool paintings, miniature whimsicals and animals. As I continue to grow into this craft, I am learning more and more along the way. I’ve done a couple of small, local craft markets and am on my fourth felted Pet Memorial.
Such a joy to see the stir of emotion and love my creations bring to people’s lives!
