Terri is a mixed media artist. With an extensive background in quilt making, Terri repurposed this design and construction knowledge as the foundation for her mixed media art. Textiles are her preferred mediums, although paper and other fibres sometimes show up in her artwork. Utilizing techniques such as, natural dyeing, katazome, painting, block printing, collage, machine and hand stitching and applique, to enhance her work, provides Terri with endless possibilities when creating her art.

Currently, Terri’s work references mid-century modernism, focusing on clean lines with a mix of both organic and geometric shapes in bright colours.

Terri is a member of the FYBR 2RT Group, Langley Arts Council (LAC), the Portland Modern Quilt Guild (PMQG), Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA) and the Fibre Art Network (FAN).
