When our theme of On The Wind was chosen, an owl came to mind. A beautiful creature flying silently on the wind. As owls are nocturnal, it seemed appropriate to set him in a night setting.

Techniques: Strip piecing, stuffed applique, hand painted moon and machine quilted.
