As a young person, when winter was finally over, nothing spelled Spring like being outside on a blustery day flying kites in challenges with my friends and family.

Techniques: Hand pieced using commercial cottons and silk ribbon, hand painted runners, hand embroidered with crochet cotton, hand and machine quilted.
