About Barbara Root

Fortunately, Barb was born with needle, thread and thimble in her wee little hands, and has never looked back. Throughout the years as a homemaker she has sewn every conceivable item, costumes, clothes and home decor. A number of years ago Barb was dragged into quilting by a friend, and since then has discovered a wonderful new world of quilting and fibre art. A new phase of life had begun. Her interests have evolved into an obsession for which there is no cure.
