In August 1969, young Americans opposed to the war in Vietnam, gathered at Woodstock and demonstrated that regardless of colour, creed or sex, they could co-exist in peace. In 1989, young Europeans opposed to the political divide between East and West Germany participated in the demolition of the Berlin Wall. Will we become totally apathetic and meekly accept continuous political and religious oppression or will we collectively work toward peaceful and cooperative co-existence?
