Sunsets and wild animals are a significant part of the African landscape. This art piece was inspired by an exercise in Quilting Arts Magazine 2005.

Materials: Cotton, tulle, and beads.

Techniques: Machine pieced, raw-edge appliqué, and free motion quilting.
