Altered Shapes

This quilt came about after completing my Masters degree in Education Leadership at the University of San Diego. This was a two-year hiatus from my passion " making art quilts. I went through big changes in my life, both professionally and personally.

This quilt represents change and the flow of life. Enter the doorway with its ever changing hand-dyed palette of greens to its flowing shapes and textured circles. The circles represent the evolution of our many selves, flowing from one phase to the next.
