I love old barns, with it's beautiful weather barnwood and it's history.  This piece was created using hand-dyed silk, hand-painted fusible web, PFD cotton and fabric paper.  Once all the invidual elements where created, it was then quilted using free-motion embroidery and the water was then painted with gel medium to give the water a wet look.
