Being an avid curling fan I was eager for an opportunity to bring 2 passions together. I enjoy large scale elements  and designed a 53" curling ring in this quilt for my husband who loves the game.  The quilting is both free motion handguided & ruler quilted on a Gammill longarm machine.

Rock Star was juried into the 2022 Quilt Canada Vancouver show where it was awarded 3rd place in the Modern Category .
