Night On The Town

The architecture of the city can be magical at night. This quilt was the result of a Guild challenge after choosing a paint colour sample from a draw.

This piece received Viewer’s Choice at a Langley Quilters’ Guild show.

Materials: Cotton, organza,
yarn, beads and paints.

Techniques: Raw-edge appliqué, painting with textile paints, and free motion quilting.
