Using some  of my hand dyed cotton I silk screened discharge paste with a poppy pod screen to remove the background colour. I also printed colour manipulated poppy pod images onto silk  organza and mounted them onto the piece. Hand and Machine stitching followed. This piece was shown in Houston and in Portland Oregon at the national quilt show in the USA.
