While wandering the narrow streets of the walled city of Lucca, Italy, I noticed the rustic door at number 72. It captured my attention with its weathered charm. It was smaller than others on the street. The rich textures of aged wood and weathered ironwork created a sense of timelessness. It invited curiosity about what was behind it and the stories it holds.
