Hi I’m Cassie, I’m based out of Edmonton, Alberta.  I emigrated from England in 2008.  I have my own hand made business, a you tube channel and I’m also proud to say I’m currently an Educator for Babylock Canada.

My favorite techniques to use are thread painting / free motion quilting while incorporating raw edge applique.  I like to use mediums like fabric paints and cotton fabrics.  I love using beads, sequins and anything that twinkles as we all need sparkle in our lives!!  I like to do flowers, landscapes and artwork.  It’s however I’m feeling at the time, that’s what I interpret into the quilt.  Emotion is important in the creation of a piece as the person who is looking at it can feel it too.  You’re sending a message out into the world with your work.
