Christine Johannink grew up surrounded by a variety of crafts such as macrame, embroidery, clothes making, rug hooking, crochet and knitting. During her nursing career, she discovered quilting in 2007. This progressed to modern quilting and in 2018 she started her adventure into fibre art. She is a member of the Blue Mountain Quilt Guild, Fraser Valley Modern Quilt Guild, Modern Quilt Guild, Canadian Quilt Association, Fibre Art Network and SAQA.
