Dawn Piasta is an imaginative quilt artist, graphic designer & motivational instructor from Dauphin, Manitoba. Early exposure to drawing and sewing is the fuel that constantly ignites her imagination. Dawn incorporates many techniques (pieced, applique, multi-media & watercolour) into her quilts. Dawn’s work blends her inner strength, colour, texture, surface design, technology and creative stitching into all of her art quilts. Her work draws on influences of family, travel, global awareness & social awareness.
