Conference Artwork Exchange - Prairie Mosaic

I grew up on the prairies and I have always loved to come upon a field of flax and canola in bloom side by side. I made this entirely with scraps from my stash. My mother grew up on a farm near Winnipeg during the Great Depression. Her motto was "Use it up. Wear it out. Make it do or do without".
