Fibre Fantasy

Flower Power was inspired by a purchased piece of tie-dyed fabric. The petals of the flower are fused, stuffed and beaded. The stitching is done using various threads and working from the front and the back of the piece. The flower and the starbursts represent nature and the struggles between the environment and man.
