You only need to listen to the news on any given day to see that nature can be a very destructive force. This piece is a reminder of a double lightning strike that I viewed as a child in the fields across from my brothers home. This field even though flat with no obvious attraction for lightning was susceptible to repeated strikes time after time. These demonstrations of natures force were both beautiful and frightening.
