Ekphrastic

Ronnie Brown is a personal friend and her poem struck a cord within me. Aging is often a journey filled with doubts and fears as we experience change both in our bodies and realize our physical limitations. Our internal self imagine and our realities are often not compatible ..we mourn the loss of our youth.
