Ekphrastic

My reaction to the poem 'raven' was immediate and deeply emotional"I could feel the raven's isolation, hopelessness, numbness and detachment. The image in this quilt popped immediately into my mind. Even in darkness, a new day dawns. With compassion and help, we can walk a new road.
