Tidal Pools at White Rock

Thelma walks the White Rock promenade three mornings a week. She has long been thinking of doing pieces concerning the tidal pools, Mount Baker, the sunrise and/or a big silver moon with reflections on the water, etc.

This piece depicts a typical January morning. Mount Baker looms in the background; there is occasional sparkle in the water. The tidal pools glisten where the sand is wet, inviting us to explore the natural world around us.
