Walterdale Bridge


Edmonton’s iconic Walterdale Bridge is a through arch bridge across the North Saskatchewan River. Its graceful arches support a hanging deck by tension rods. It is named after John Walter, an early settler who ran a ferry at this site from 1876-1913.
