The 2023 Conference Committee is pleased to announce that registration is now open for our September 20th to 23rd, 2023 conference. As of this date, the conference centre has not finalized their food budget. They recommended we use the 2022 prices and add a percentage increase. After feedback from the Executive, it was decided that a 15% increase would be added to the 2022 price. We recognize that the costs may be lower and if so, we will adjust the second installment to reflect the reduction. To that end we suggest that you use the 2 installment payment plan. Payments will be due on June 15th and August 15th. The deadline date to register is July 1st. We must commit to the conference centre by then so any rooms not taken can be released without penalty. Cheques and e-transfers are acceptable.
Pricing (reflects full payment): Private – $1160; Shared Room (2 people) – $795; Day Registrants: $485.

Tried 5 times to do the form online… but always encountered an ‘error’ Finally got someone else to do it. If you have issues, print the form, fill it out and scan it to the conference email as the note above suggests. Marianne

It didn’t submit the first 3-4 times I tried then I double clicked on Submit and it worked. Don’t know if this had anything to do with it or not.
