Attention 2025 Conference attendees! Are you participating in this year’s conference art exchange, where you get a wonderful piece of art from a fellow FAN member and another attendee receives a piece that you create? It’s a fun and random selection the first evening of the conference.

If you signed up for this when you registered, have you entered your Art Exchange piece online yet? Doing this enables all FAN members to see our art exchange artwork along with anything you would like to say about it. We’ve been sharing these through our website (rather than the Newsletter) since 2022. We have 55 people participating but not everyone has submitted their entry yet!

For the Art Exchange remember there are 3 steps to submit your artwork:

1) register your Intent to Enter by September 1st – put N/A in the bio section and tick off one of the forms of payment (even though there is no payment required!)

2) submit your Entry Form by September 2nd. You cannot access the Entry Form, until you complete the Intent to Enter and it is marked as paid by the exhibit organizers (Lori Mudri and Judi MacLeod).

3) Bring your artwork to the Conference! It will be looked after at the Registration desk.
