Paris is one of my favourite travel destinations. I am drawn to the influence of art which can be felt all over the city. Montmartre in particular has had a rich artistic history and has been home to many of the world's most renowned artists since the 19th century. Techniques: Fused hand dyed silk and cotton fabrics, painted with Derwent Inktense Blocks, thread painted and machine quilted. Paris, je t‘aime: Les Artistes de Montmartre was included in the 2018 FAN exhibition, CONVERSATIONS.
