Art Exchange – make sure you’re on the list of intended participants! And think about entering if you haven’t yet done so!

The Art Exchange, as many already know, is always an exciting part of the Annual Conference. It allows us to see and appreciate FAN member work in person and connect with the artist who made the piece. There is still lots of time to participate, but getting started sooner rather than later is probably good strategy.

There are a few ways to do this.

One is by declaring your intent while registering – a number of you have done that. But if you didn’t do that then, you can still do so now. Go to Members Home, find Exhibits, find ‘Northbound 2026 Artwork Exchange,’ click on it and follow the steps.

After you have declared your intent to enter, the next step lies with the organizers. There is no cost to enter, but you will have to wait until the Intent is marked as ‘paid’ by the administrators before the entry form appears. This may take a few days, please be patient.

Once your intent has been marked ‘paid’ (see above), again go to the ‘Exhibits’ tab on the Members Home page. Once again, click on ‘Northbound 2026 – Artwork Exchange.’ – now you should be able to access the ‘Entry form’ by clicking on that tab.

You need to have completed your piece to fill out the details of the work (deadline is just before the conference) – so: happy creating!
