My fibre group was challenged with the theme "water", so I settled on an abbreviation for water as a graphic.  In the design of it, a heart shape emmerged , quite by serrendipity, and it provided a perfect means of introducing a contrasting colour.  The background is a commercial white, while the blues and pinks are from my hand dyed fabrics.
