Catherine was an Occupational Therapist by training and spent 20 plus years as a director at various BC health authorities and a provincial agency before retiring in 2016.  In retirement she is a Board Member of Soroptimist International of the TriCIties and works as a volunteer at Crossroads Hospice. She started quilting in 2000 and is a long standing member of the Blue Mountain Quilt Guild.  She was introduced to FAN in 2022 through her dear friend Angie Kok.  She makes, primarily, fairly traditional quilts but is branching out to embrace a greater artistic vision.
