Chromatopia

There is nothing sweeter than birdsong on a late summer evening, and nothing more hopeful than the trill of an early riser. I think of it as my daily concert, by the Master's Avian Choir. Mostly, the choir is heard but not seen. One summer day the lead singer, a redwing blackbird, agreed to pose for a photo on the edge of his favourite pond. His approachability inspired these complimentary silhouettes.
