Requirements:

• Entries are limited to 1 entry per artist
• The entry fee is $40, non-refundable and payable on completion of the Intent to Enter
•  Entries may be for sale, minimum price of $300
• Any sold artwork must remain with the exhibit until it ends in December, 2025.
• Size will be 16” x 32” (landscape or portrait) or 16” x 16” (square).
• Maximum thickness of 1/2”, including embel- lishments.
• Artwork will be flat wall hangings, and may not be mounted on artist canvas, slats or hard frame finish.
• Artwork will travel flat with a number of pieces stacked within a container.
• Edges of artwork DO NOT have to be finished with a facing or binding. They can be finished as the artist deems appropriate.
• Hanging sleeve must be 2” in width and 1” from each side and 1/2” from the top; slat style hanging rods will be provided.
• Attach a label on the back with your name and title of the piece.
• When preparing your artwork images please follow the FAN Photo Guidelines.
• Upload one good quality photo. Images should be at least of 1400-1600 pixels on any side, and a maximum of 2 MB in size.
• Crop your photo so that NO BACKGROUND is showing.

Payment Details

Entry fees can be paid by sending an e-transfer to: fibreartnetwork.treasurer@gmail.com. Please include the exhibit names, Resist, and your name in the comment section. FAN has auto- deposit, so no security question is required.

Entry fees can also be paid by cheque made out to FAN (Fibre Art Network) and mailed to:

• FAN members pay the cost of shipping art- work to the Exhibit Organizer; FAN pays the return shipping at the end of the ex- hibit’s run.

• Ship artwork in a collapsible box. Artwork should be enclosed in a plastic bag.
