A challenge issued by another fibrearts group for project, 'Circle Of Friends', and a sisters group text asking if anyone wanted Grandma's doilies inspired this piece.  We all have circles of friends that overlap, thus the overlapping doilies; then some circles of friends are stand alone circles; sadly, we have all lost friends for various reasons. They are the scattered stars. I'm sure that Grandma would be thrilled to know her doilies are out of the deep dark drawer and being enjoyed once again.
