Susan Greenwell

Okanagan Fall 1,2 and 3, a tryptick, was part of a challenge of another Fibre Art group I'm involved with. The sky is actually a photo I took while on a walk to our neighbourhood pond. Spoonflower printed the enlarged photo on fabric.  Two layers of batting with freemotion quilting give depth to the clouds.  All of the embellishments in this piece were found already made in my stash or scavenged from other projects The trees in the large section are actually pieces of a doily, painted and cut; the trees on the left came mostly from my half of the FAN Conversations piece; the trees on the right mostly from the FAN boxed exhibit From A Tiny Seed, my Golden Spruce.
