Fireweed is a favorite in my garden. I fell in love with it when I started making botanical prints, More than a bee magnet, all parts are edible and have medicinal use, Most important, it is one of the 1st reminders that the earth is undergoing renewal after a devastating fire. Flourishing quickly in a hostile environment, it spread quickly to cover fields with joyous magenta coloured flowers.
