Help Your Neighbour

Our play day in February was called ‘Help Your Neighbour’.

Each member brought supplies they like to work and a piece of fabric, blank or with work started on it already.  We were assigned a table to work at resulting with four or five people per station.  The fabric was passed around the table with approximately 10 minutes to work on another person’s project but with the supplies you personally brought.

Key words were given for inspiration at each of the different times it was passed along.

Round 1 – Movement Progress

Round 2 – Aspiration Flexibility

Round 3 – Creative Play

Round 4 – Kindness Freedom

Here are some of us working and some of the pieces at the end of the passing.

This sounds like a lot of fun! I am wondering how I could convince some of my local guild members to do something similar! I would have to ask the “adventurous arty” ones, haha

We should get the “gang” together at your place one day, Cindi, and do this!
